Get fit, get fabulous!
Yes, I know, It’s not always easy, but for me, the most important thing for me when it comes to working out, it’s the motivation.
Always have a goal, always have something to look forward to, and make it fun.
Buy some fresh and new workout clothes with your favorite colors, bright and pretty, put on your favorite music that gets you going, make a program that works for you.
I work out at 09:30 every morning, with some of my best friends, and that helps a lot!
Day 1 is legs.
Day 2 is shoulders and back.
Day 3 is arms.
Every day: Cardio and stomach.
Find some motivating pictures and most important of all, Change your diet!
But don’t make it boring, because you will get tired of it.
Make good salads, smoothies, have some fruit as a snack and make sure to get enough for clean, fresh food and protein.
