5 ways to kick ass in the gym!

As many of you guys probably know by now working out is a big part of my daily routine.

And a lot of people ask me whats the best advise to keep motivated or even to get started working out more.

And I actually do have a couple of things on my list that really have helped me get in better shape and work out more.

So I figured Id share some of the things that has helped me to where I am now.

1: Get yourself a workout partner. It is so much easier to get up and out when you know you have promised someone else to workout. You motivate each other. You can help each other, and it really gives you an extra boost at the gym when you have someone next to you cheering you on and giving high fives.


2. Have a weekly plan. For example “Monday – legs, Tuesday – Arms, Wednesday – hiking and cardio, Thursday back, abs “


3. Variation. For me this is important, because I am very impatient ad get tired of doing the same things day after day. That is why my exercise plan involves both weights, cardio like running or spinning, hiking, yoga, dancing and swimming. It never gets boring and that’s how working out daily is no problem.


4. Good music! I seriously cant workout with music. I made my own workout list on Spotify and whenever that comes on, I am ready to kick some ass.
